These terms govern use of audio-bridge.eura.studio. The publisher’s identity and contact details are available in the legal notice.

1. Purpose and availability

The website presents Audio Bridge, a macOS application with Receive and Send plugins. Feature availability is indicated on the relevant pages. Simply viewing a page does not register an account or place an order.

Access may be interrupted for maintenance or following an incident. Features, system requirements and compatibility limits are described on the website; untested configurations are identified as such.

2. Permitted use

You may view and share public links to the website. You agree not to attempt to access other people’s accounts, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or unlawfully collect personal data.

3. Intellectual property

Rights in Audio Bridge, its code, visuals and text remain with their respective holders. Viewing the website does not transfer any software rights. The free trial permits use of the app, Receive and Send for 14 days following an explicit request and email verification within the software. A gift license permits personal or professional use on up to two activated Macs, without a subscription; updates are included. The license does not transfer intellectual property or permit redistribution of the software or resale of a gift code. A code not assigned to an email address may be passed to its recipient before first use; it is then linked to the account that redeems it. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain applicable.

Third-party trademarks and product names identify the hardware mentioned. Their inclusion does not imply a partnership, certification or affiliation.

4. Information and external links

The USB capabilities described depend on the model, firmware and driver. Refer to the testing notes and manufacturer documentation. External links lead to independent services governed by their own terms.

5. Personal data

The privacy policy describes how technical data needed to use the website is processed. Sign-in uses a single-use email code. Do not share your sign-in codes. An initial connection is required to activate a Mac. Offline license access can be renewed for 30 days; the trial retains its original expiry date. On expiry or revocation, existing audio streams are preserved, but the next activation is refused. Settings are not erased. The production release is signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple. Installation instructions and system requirements are stated on the download page.

6. Changes and applicable law

The version date of these terms appears at the top of this page. Changes apply to subsequent use of the website and do not retroactively alter rights acquired through a purchase. French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
