Sales terms.
1. Seller and contact

2. What you purchase
A personal, non-exclusive license for the Audio Bridge macOS application and the Receive and Send plugins, for two simultaneously activated Macs. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. The license does not expire because the trial ends. Audio Bridge updates are included. You can release an activation in your account when replacing a Mac. Intellectual property remains with its owners.
An Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 12 Monterey or later is required. Plugins require a VST3 or Audio Unit compatible host. Connected audio hardware must expose its channels through Core Audio. The current installer is Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Audio Bridge does not guarantee compatibility with every hardware or host configuration.
3. Trial and activation
The 14-day trial starts only after you verify your email and explicitly start the trial. A download does not start it. Trial eligibility is limited per account and Mac; verifying again does not restart its original deadline. Your activation email is used for the service and does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Internet access is required for initial activation. A purchased license renews its signed authorization online and can operate for up to 30 days offline between renewals. An expired offline authorization requires an internet connection before new audio streams can be started. Existing streams are preserved. Use the email used for your purchase to activate the full version.
4. Price and payment
The launch offer is EUR 15 for the first 100 confirmed paid euro licenses. After these places are taken, the regular price is EUR 30. The dollar price is USD 30. A pending checkout temporarily reserves a launch place; it is released after Stripe confirms expiry. A refunded purchase still counts toward the first 100 paid licenses.
Prices include any tax collected at checkout. The seller declares the French VAT exemption under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Stripe displays your final amount and any applicable tax before you pay. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges. Payments are processed by Stripe; Audio Bridge never stores full card details.
5. Ordering and delivery
Sign in, select your offer and currency, review the installation requirements and accept these terms. Stripe then displays the amount and the button confirming your obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. No license is issued solely because the browser returns from Stripe.
The purchased license becomes available in your account after Stripe confirms payment, normally immediately. A confirmation email includes a copy of these terms. Keep this email. If confirmation or activation fails, contact alex@eura.studio with your purchase email and reference. An email delivery failure does not remove a license already available in your account.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from conclusion of the contract. This right is retained even after downloading or activating the software; we do not ask you to waive it. To meet the deadline, send your declaration before the 14-day period expires.
Use https://audio-bridge.eura.studio/withdraw, email alex@eura.studio, or write to the seller's address in section 1. Identify yourself and the purchase concerned. The online form sends an acknowledgement containing your declaration and its receipt time. A support review identifies the purchase and arranges the refund; submitting the form does not instantly refund a payment.
If you withdraw, we reimburse the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. A full refund revokes the license at its next renewal and does not interrupt an existing audio stream.

7. Statutory guarantees and support
The statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services applies under Articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. For digital content supplied in a single operation, the seller is liable for conformity defects appearing within two years of supply. During the first year, you do not need to prove that the defect existed at supply. Necessary updates are supplied for the period reasonably expected for this content, considering its nature and purpose and the contract. A disclosed compatibility limitation does not remove your statutory rights.
You may request that the content be brought into conformity free of charge, without undue delay and without significant inconvenience. Where the statutory conditions are met, including refusal, impossibility, a sufficiently serious defect, unsuccessful correction or unreasonable delay, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract. You do not have to accept an unnecessary new paid purchase to exercise these rights. Refunds due following termination are made within the applicable statutory deadline.
The statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code also applies where its conditions are met. An action must be brought within two years of discovering the defect; you may seek cancellation or a price reduction under Article 1644. Contact alex@eura.studio to request support or exercise a guarantee. These provisions do not restrict more protective mandatory rights in your country.
8. Complaints and mediation
Send complaints to alex@eura.studio or the seller's postal address. Consumer mediation details have not yet been designated and remain to be completed by EURA. This outstanding information does not remove any consumer right or replace access to an eligible consumer mediator. French law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable to the consumer. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers contrary to their rights.
9. Personal data
Account, order, payment reference, activation and withdrawal data are processed to deliver and support your purchase, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal record-keeping obligations. Cloudflare provides hosting and transactional email; Stripe processes payment. Purchase and legally required accounting records are kept for ten years. Withdrawal and dispute correspondence is retained for five years, or longer where necessary for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation. Details and rights: https://audio-bridge.eura.studio/privacy.
