Record your USB hardware on separate DAW tracks while keeping your main audio interface selected. Receive brings the channels into your session; Send provides a return path to hardware with USB audio inputs.
These are hardware specifications, not a compatibility certification. The device must appear in macOS Core Audio, with a supported driver where required. USB MIDI alone does not carry audio.

Record the stereo master and four stereo tape tracks separately. Use Send for the stereo USB return. This applies to OP-1 field, not the original OP-1.

Firmware 6.5.0 introduced multichannel USB audio: stereo master, eight individual tracks, Mod FX, delay and reverb. Select multichannel mode and use a current firmware release.

Use one Receive instance per device, with up to 30 audio channels per instance. The available channels depend on the hardware, firmware, USB mode and driver. This does not add channels that the device does not expose.
